    wine dinner 松露和巧克力

    明天就要去新加坡了,结束了4天忙碌的工作,今天晚上和D还有他的父母一起去参加FLO的wine dinner. 照样还是Hugo的公司和餐厅合办的,照样很成功的菜式,是法国米其林的年轻大厨的创意新形式厨艺,前面的两道菜照样是法国菜式的重头戏,鹅肝,红莓。到后面就有意思了,把松露和牛脊肉在一起的烹调很美味,可惜我只吃了松露,对鲜嫩的牛肉一碰也未碰,引来左右两位法国男士的抗议。 最后的一道菜是FLO的经典杰作,大厨把把香醇的可可和四川胡椒混合在一起,自制出了世界上对我来说最特别的巧克力冰淇淋。让我对葡萄酒的品尝后感到略微麻木的神经一振,不但吃完了自己的那份,还把damien的也消灭了。 松露没有我想像中和传说中的那么神奇,葡萄酒很好喝,我喝完了自己的四杯,又去喝damien的,damien爸爸看到了,赶快保护好自己的酒杯,笑着说我:不要想碰我的这杯哦,我的还没有喝过呢。 另外,混合了四川胡椒的薄荷巧克力冰淇淋是我最意外也最喜欢的。谁会想到把做调料的胡椒和做甜点的巧克力搭配呢?试一试,味道是很超前的美味啊!
